Craig D. Kinton

Craig Kinton , was appointed by the Dallas City Council to the position of City Auditor and assumed the duties of the position in September 2006.  The City Auditor serves in an ex officio position (serves by virtue of the position) on the Employees' Retirement Fund Board of Trustees.
Prior to joining the City of Dallas, Mr. Kinton retired with over thirty years of service from the Texas State Auditor's Office (TXSAO) where he held an executive position. He attended Texas State University and has a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
