Bobby F. Praytor

Bobby F. Praytor, serves as the Manager of the Water Planning Division for Dallas Water Utilities. He began his career with the City of Dallas in 1981 as the Administrative Services Division Manager in the Building Services Department. He also has served as the Division Manager for the Material Services Division, Accounting and Finance Division, and the Interim Manager of the Personnel Services Division for Dallas Water Utilities.

Bobby was elected to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Employees ' Retirement Fund in 2004. He has a BBA degree in Finance from Texas Tech University, a MBA degree from Mississippi State University, and a MPA degree from the University of North Texas.
